ALA is an antioxidant that is produced in the human body, but can also be found in broccoli, spinach, yeast, potatoes, carrots, beets and red meat. The human body is able to synthesize it but in small quantities, which is why it is recommended to take it as a supplement. Many believe that ALA is the ideal antioxidant as it dissolves equally well in water and fat. The antioxidant effects are visible at a daily dosage of 200-300mg.

Alpha lipoic acid 56%, capsule shell (gelatine), maltodextrin, anti-caking agents (calcium phosphates, magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide), bulking agent (cellulose gel).

Take 1 capsule daily half an hour before meals! Note the recommended dosage!
