Instant whey proteins (milk) {instant whey protein concentrate (milk) [whey protein concentrate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)], instant whey protein isolate (milk) [whey protein isolate (milk), emulsifier: lecithins (soy)]} 87%, L-Glutamine 4.7%, flavourings, thickener (cellulose gum), L-Arginine, colours (ammonia caramel, tartrazine), cinnamon powder, salt, L-Leucine 0.2%, sweetener (sucralose), L-Isole-ucine 0.1%, L-Valine 0.1%, bromelain from pineapple (1200 GDU/g) 0.04%. Tartrazine: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children.
Mix 1 serving (28g = 1 scoop = 2 tablespoons) powder with 250ml water, consume twice a day.
- On training days consume the first serving within 45 minutes after training and the other serving between meals.
- On rest days consume 1 serving in the morning and 1 serving in the evening.
